What are the responsibilities and job description for the Depot Technician position at AppleOne Employment Services?
Are you skilled with computers, enjoy solving technical issues, and want a stable Monday–Friday schedule? We’re looking for a Depot Technician to join our team in Springville, UT! Reliable transportation is required.
What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, tablets, and peripherals.
Reimage devices, replace internal components, and maintain hardware.
Set up PCs, Macs, iPads, and other mobile devices.
Manage device inventory, shipping, returns, and repairs.
Handle work orders and tickets, ensuring timely communication and fulfillment.
Track devices sent to third-party repair vendors and order replacement parts.
Maintain documentation and follow established standards and policies.
What We’re Looking For:
Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
A Certification or equivalent experience in Depot/Workstation support.
Experience with SCCM OSD or similar desktop imaging technology.
Active Directory experience.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with Office 365 and mobile device management (XenMobile or similar) a plus.
Perks & Requirements:
Pay: $25 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Drug and background screening upon acceptance of an offer.
