What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Sales Representative position at AppleOne Employment Services?
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide prompt and courteous service
Prepare and deliver sales quotations for new products in a timely manner
Follow up on sales quotations and provide cost-justifiable recommendations to customers
Address customer questions or direct them to the appropriate personnel as needed
Deliver outstanding customer support and strengthen client relations
Become a product knowledge specialist to better assist clients
Prepare weekly and monthly department reports for senior management and executive team
Follow procedures established under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Participate in company-provided comprehensive training program
Some travel may be required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (minimum 2.0 GPA required)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Microbiology, Electronics, or related field (preferred)
2 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, or data entry (preferred)
Prior Experience In Sales Or Customer Service (required)
Valid driver’s license with good driving record (preferred)
Experience creating PowerPoint presentations (a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
