- Build relationships with new and existing consumer and business banking clients through consultative conversations and proactive follow-up.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking products, services, referrals, and financial solutions.
- Develop new business through outreach to prospective clients, local businesses, community partners, and referral sources.
- Deliver a welcoming and professional client experience while helping resolve questions, concerns, and service needs.
- Support branch operations, including teller transactions, cash handling, documentation, safe deposit access, and compliance procedures.
- Follow all bank policies and applicable regulatory requirements, including BSA/AML, Fair Lending, privacy, and anti-discrimination standards.
- Salary range: $55,000 to $78,000 per year.
