Key Responsibilities
- Manage and/or support delivery of construction projects ranging from small to large-scale
- Ensure projects are completed on or ahead of schedule while maintaining budget and quality standards
- Promote a strong safety and quality-driven culture across all projects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, end users, and engineering teams to align on project goals
- Identify, communicate, and escalate risks, roadblocks, and project updates as needed
- Maintain project momentum by addressing challenges and resolving issues in real time
- Deliver high-quality outcomes that meet business objectives and end-user expectations
- (Senior level) Mentor and coach junior team members and promote best practices in project execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
- 5–10 years of experience on commercial or industrial construction projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Working to advanced knowledge across construction disciplines: civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, safety, and controls
- Proven ability to support or lead project execution in complex environments
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
