We are looking to hire a full-time CNC Mill & Lathe Operator. Set-up and programming experience for HAAS Mills/Lathes is a plus. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Must be able to read drawings, hold close tolerances, inspect, and deburr parts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Efficiency: Operate machines and manual equipment to produce parts efficiently while maintaining quality standards and meeting production targets.
- Quality Control: Perform in-process inspections and measurements using precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions and ensure compliance with ISO/AS quality standards.
- Tooling Maintenance: Monitor tool wear and performance during machining operations. Replace worn or damaged cutting tools as needed to maintain optimal cutting conditions
- Workplace Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and others. Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards associated with machining operations.
- Documentation: Complete work orders, production reports, and other documentation as required.
