Deliver exceptional client experiences
- Serve as the primary point of contact for valued clients
- Provide responsive, white-glove service with professionalism and care
- Lead client onboarding, meetings, and annual review sessions
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records in CRM systems
Support financial planning & investment strategies
- Assist in preparing customized financial plans and analyses
- Support portfolio reviews, risk assessments, and investment monitoring
- Research financial and insurance solutions aligned with client goals
- Identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes and relationships
Ensure operational excellence
- Manage account servicing, transfers, transactions, and updates with precision
- Resolve account issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain organized, compliant, and up-to-date records and workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless client experience
Be part of a high-performing team
- Work closely with advisors and internal specialists
- Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives
- Participate in client events, seminars, and firm-wide projects
💡 What We’re Looking For
- Active insurance licenses and/or securities registrations required
- Strong understanding of financial services and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, or related fields preferred
