We’re looking for a detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to support the non-clinical operations of our home care services. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining compliance, organizing staff schedules, and ensuring smooth coordination between patients and our healthcare team.

- Maintain accurate records through filing, scanning, and document management.
- Communicate clearly and professionally via email; extensive use of Outlook is required.
- Work within internal systems to support compliance with policies and procedures.
- Assist with credentialing and maintaining up-to-date staff documentation.
- Scheduling Experience – Ability to efficiently manage and organize staff schedules.
- Healthcare Terminology – Familiarity with industry-specific language.
- Filing & Scanning Expertise – Proven ability to maintain organized, accurate records.
- Proficiency in Outlook and general email communication.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
