We are seeking a Branch Director responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, and strategic growth of the branch. This role oversees daily operations, caregiver teams (as applicable), financial performance, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong operations experience who can drive business development while ensuring exceptional care delivery in a dynamic environment.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience as a Branch Director, Director of Operations or Administrator experience.
- Currently registered or become registered in California (Fingerprint clearance and approved by the Guardian system)
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations governing home care practices and comply appropriately.
- Knowledge of payroll/HR practices.
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
