- Open and manage consumer and business accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Trusts, and Estate accounts
- Deliver personalized financial solutions through active listening and thoughtful product recommendations
- Step in to support teller transactions as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Contribute to branch growth by identifying opportunities for new business
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and all banking regulations, including BSA
- 2 years of banking experience, including account-opening expertise
- Strong background in teller operations and customer service
- Ability to meet client needs through consultative sales
- Knowledge of banking compliance and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and core banking systems
