Key Responsibilities
- Support the Property Manager with day-to-day community operations, resident services, administrative tasks, and compliance-related activities.
- Assist with Section 8 and HUD documentation, including applications, certifications, recertifications, lease renewals, and resident file maintenance.
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, notices, correspondence, reports, inspections, and other property management documentation.
- Collect and post rent payments, assist with delinquency follow-up, and maintain accurate records while protecting confidential resident information.
- Respond to resident questions, concerns, work order needs, and service requests with professionalism, patience, and sound judgment.
- Partner with maintenance and internal team members to help ensure resident needs are addressed and property standards are maintained.
- Compensation: $58,000 to $62,400 per year.
