- Perform final assembly of IR camera products and cores within lean manufacturing work cells
- Follow lean manufacturing processes and adhere to detailed work instructions
- Read and interpret verbal and written assembly instructions
- Ensure all products meet established quality standards
- Inspect finished products as required
- Train and cross-train on new products and work across multiple product lines
- Accurately read and enter data using computer systems as needed
- Strong fine motor skills with the ability to assemble small, precision parts
- Experience using small hand tools with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Soldering experience highly preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Understanding of quality standards in product assembly
