Responsibilities
Review, code, and enter financial data into systems for accurate general ledger feeds
Provide first-level response to customer inquiries via email, phone, and mail
Research, reconcile, and analyze AR data within your team
Generate reports for supervisors and ensure data accuracy/compliance
Participate in team meetings, present topics, and contribute to self-development
Verify transaction completeness and consistency per controls/policies
Train new hires and cross-train colleagues on operational functions
Write and review department procedures, recommending updates as needed
Qualifications
Experience in accounts receivable, financial data entry, or accounting operations
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
Proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Attention to detail and compliance focus (SOX knowledge a plus)
Team Collaboration And Training Experience Preferred
