Requirements
1–2 years of consecutive experience in an administrative role with accounting support duties
QuickBooks experience (invoice entry, Accounts Payable, or general ledger support)
Strong Excel skills, including spreadsheets, data entry, and basic formulas
Comfortable answering and managing multi-line phones
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential financial and employee information
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently in a small office environment
Experience supporting Accounts Payable, Payroll, or Accounting Clerks
Familiarity with 3-way matching, invoicing, or vendor communication
Exposure to Kronos or other timekeeping systems
Prior experience in agriculture, produce, or manufacturing
Associate degree or coursework in Accounting, Business, or Administration
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day accounting and administrative operations
Assist with Accounts Payable, including invoice entry, review, and filing
Perform data entry and maintain records using QuickBooks
Support basic payroll, timekeeping, or reporting tasks as needed
Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
Assist with office administration, including filing, scanning, email correspondence, and document organization
Maintain accurate, organized financial and administrative records
Communicate with vendors, internal staff, and management
Provide general support to the Office Manager and accounting team
Assist with additional clerical or accounting tasks as assigned
