We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This role supports day-to-day financial operations and ensures accurate, compliant, and well-organized financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with regulatory standards
Process payroll and monitor company expenses
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies quickly and efficiently
Support tax filings, audits, and compliance tasks
Perform additional accounting duties as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Accounting Experience Preferred, But Not Required
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
