Are you an experienced HVAC professional looking to join a dynamic team? Our Client is an established HVAC company is seeking a SERVICE TECHNICIAN to perform diagnostic service, control work, equipment startup, and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and service rooftop units, heat pumps, split systems, hydronic systems, VAV systems, and central plant operations.
- Perform soldering and brazing for refrigeration piping.
- Communicate effectively with customers and technical teams to resolve issues.
- Respond to service calls beyond normal business hours and participate in on-call rotation.
- Maintain tools, test equipment, and complete paperwork accurately.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid CT HVAC license (D license for service or S license – Journeyman).
- Must be experienced in HVAC service with at least 3 years of commercial service work.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work at heights.
Additional Details:
- On-Call Rotation: Every 4 weeks (or based on team size). Technicians receive 4 hours of pay for being on call.
