Financial Analyst

We’re looking for a data-driven Financial Analyst who enjoys turning complex financial data into clear insights that support smart business and investment decisions. If you’re strong in analytics, reporting, and business forecasting, and comfortable working with advanced data tools, this could be a great next step in your career.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret financial and economic data to support investment and business decisions
• Build financial models, forecasts, and trend analyses related to business, industry, and economic conditions
• Assemble spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to support reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients
• Analyze factors affecting investment programs such as pricing, yield, risk, stability, and future trends
• Communicate financial insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Support ongoing reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis initiatives

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Solid understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and business trends
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial markets, and financial reporting
• Familiarity with federal, state, and company accounting-related policies and procedures

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Advanced SQL (writing and optimizing complex queries)
• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
• Power BI (dashboards, data visualization, reporting)
• DAX language (measures, calculations, performance optimization)
• Experience building and managing data queries from multiple sources

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
• Advanced degree in a financial discipline (preferred)
• 5–7 years of financial and/or accounting experience
