Medical Device Industry
We are seeking a Temporary HR Document Control Coordinator to support a full I-9 audit project, a leading company in the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan paper I-9 forms into the current system of record.
- Download electronic I-9s from the HRIS system and upload them into the system of record.
- Carefully review all I-9 forms to identify errors or missing information.
- Correct identified errors in compliance with guidelines, which may include contacting current employees for additional information.
- Maintain a high level of organization, accuracy, and confidentiality throughout the audit process.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with confidential employee documentation and electronic systems.
- Prior experience in Human Resources, compliance, or document management is highly preferred.
- Training on I-9 regulations and correction procedures will be provided.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
