- Provide quotes, process orders/returns, and track deliveries.
- Manage customer accounts and resolve issues quickly.
- Collaborate with sales team on product recommendations and upselling.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems.
Qualifications
- 5 years in customer service/sales support (manufacturing preferred).
- ERP experience (Syteline a plus).
- Strong Excel/math skills; detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and customer focus.
