Position Summary: The Guest Services Representative will ensure quality service by assisting with daily operations at the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking-in/out guests
- Answering phones and supporting guests or potential guests.
- Work with maintenance staff to resolve any issues.
- Quickly address any guest inquiries or concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Assist with on-site convenience and souvenir store.
- Manage cash and perform minor accounting.
- Other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of customer service, hotel or retail experience.
- Highschool graduate or GED required.
- Proficient with email communication.
- A sense of energy, passion, integrity, honesty, great attendance, and personal responsibility.
- Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to work approximately 20 -24 hours each week including some weekends.
- Must be within commuting distance to the property
