* Prior engineering, infrastructure, or software development program management experience for Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps strongly preferred.\n* Excellent written & verbal communication skills, along with polished presentation skills\nSelf-motivated and proactive with proven creative & critical thinking capabilities\nExpertise in coordination & participation in requirements gathering and design brainstorming sessions\nExperience leading multiple complex projects simultaneously\nA history of leadership, decision making, negotiation skills, and ability to influence partners without direct authority\nProven record in defining processes, developing metrics and executing on them while driving program maturity and process optimization
