The Cloud Infrastructure team, as part of the Apple Services Engineering organization, is seeking an exceptional Engineering Program Manager (EPM) who is passionate about Apple's products and values, and who loves working with infrastructure technologies at scale. This is a highly technical, hands-on position where you will work with Data Services development and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams. Teams across Apple rely on us for infrastructure that help them build services that scale globally, are highly available, and \"just work\". You'll need a strong background in program and project management complemented by your technical abilities. 5 years of program management, product management, systems engineering or equivalent experience\nExcellent project management skills to drive schedules, dependencies, critical path and risks\nSolid technical understanding of large scale distributed software systems, event streaming, data pipelines, distributed databases, cloud architecture\nStrong relationship management and facilitation skills both within diverse engineering teams and cross functional organizations\nExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey information in a clear, concise and credible manner\nExperience with release planning and SDLC methodologies\nFamiliarity with system reliability engineering (SRE) process and deliverables\nAbility to partner with product and engineering teams to translate user needs into actionable requirements\nStrong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)\nBS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or similar technical field or at least 5 years of comparable experience
