You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and partner teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives while navigating complex stakeholder dynamics. A key part of the role is proactively identifying timeline risks and presenting well-formed mitigation paths. You must be comfortable going deep into project details, aligning diverse perspectives, and confidently communicating status and trade-offs to executive leadership.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent work experience.\n5 years of program or project management experience in a complex, cross-functional environment.\nProven ability to manage web-based application projects through the full lifecycle, with strong planning capabilities, organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration and process optimization.\nTactical experience implementing projects using Agile methodologies across distributed teams.\nAble to quickly grasp complex ideas and resolve conflicts across cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, etc.), fostering collaboration and maintaining project momentum\nStrong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, ensuring clear communication, alignment on goals, and regular progress updates to drive successful collaboration.\n
Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent work experience.\n7-10 years of program or project management experience in a complex, cross-functional environment.\nExperience working in or alongside software or hardware engineering teams.\nPMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification.\nExperience with software development metrics - defining, collecting, and analyzing data to drive informed decisions and improve delivery outcomes.\nFamiliarity with tools commonly used in engineering environments (e.g., Wrike, Jira, Confluence, or similar).\nExperience working within or alongside a PMO structure, with exposure to program governance, reporting cadences, and cross-functional planning.\n
