WHY TEACHERS LOVE WORKING AT APPLAUSE MUSIC ACADEMY
A Constant Flow of New Students
We invest heavily in advertising and marketing year-round to ensure our teachers’ schedules stay full. With consistent new student registrations, our instructors maintain schedules that are typically 80–95% booked.
Focus Solely on Teaching
Our friendly and organized administrative staff handles everything—scheduling, tuition collection, recital planning, and parent communication. You can focus 100% on teaching while we take care of the rest. Our admin team works seven days a week to support you.
Guaranteed Payment for Late Cancellations
If a student cancels without at least 16 hours’ notice, you are still paid. Even with proper notice, we do our best to schedule make-ups so you maintain stable income every month.
No Extra Make-Up Lessons Outside Your Hours
Make-up lessons are scheduled only during your normal teaching hours. Students fill in open times created by other absences, so you never need to rearrange your schedule.
Freedom to Teach Your Way
Unlike many schools, we do not mandate a curriculum or sell books. We respect your expertise and trust you to choose the materials best suited for your students.
Student Recitals & Performances
We host at least three formal recitals and additional performance opportunities throughout the year to showcase your students’ progress.
Comfortable & Professional Teaching Environment
Our academy offers spacious, well-maintained studios with comfortable waiting areas. Teachers also enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, snacks, and Wi-Fi.
Easy Online Scheduling System
Our teacher portal gives you real-time access to schedules, absences, and make-ups, with instant email notifications for any changes.
Motivate Students with Our Musician Success Program
Our unique Musician Success Program keeps students motivated with challenges, rewards, and recognition. It helps them practice more, progress faster, and stay enrolled longer—while being easy for teachers to use.
Respect & Appreciation
We value our teachers as professionals. Great instructors are rare, and we never take that for granted. Ask our current teachers—they’ll tell you they love working here!
