- Must have 6 years' experience in Salesforce Architecture, working for major F500 company, Minimum 10X Certified with at least 2 Architect certifications Should have rich client experience and should have been in client facing roles.
- Must have an expert level understanding and 10 years of directly working with of the Salesforce product suite, Preferably from Financial Services cloud, Sales, Service, Community/ Experience (Bare minimum 3 cloud expertise required)
- Must have extensive experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce
- Must have a proven desire to continue to grow their knowledge inside the Salesforce ecosystem Knowledge of Enterprise Service management and ITSM processes is a plus.
- 10 years Salesforce business process design and rules configuration Must have an extensive knowledge with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
- 10 years multi-tier architecture design for scalable solutions with manufacturing and billing systems
- 8 years Integration architecture and tools experience - real-time APIs and ETL - tools such as SAP PI/PO, Mulesoft and Salesforce connect
