Job Description:-
We are seeking highly skilled with 12 years of hands-on experience on Oracle EBS Techno-Functional (Technical 70% and Functional 30%) Consultant with deep expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), and General Ledger (GL) modules. The ideal candidate must also have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion Financials)
This role requires strong leadership qualities, the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and the competency to guide teams and drive functional solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
" Solid understanding of SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Forms.
" Knowledge of OAF/ADF frameworks is an added advantage.
" Analyze business requirements and design scalable, sustainable solutions in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud
" Exposure to Fixed Assets (FA) is a plus.
" Support Cloud implementations, enhancements, and integrations with legacy systems.
" Perform Cloud configuration, testing, data migration support, and functional validation.
" Liaise with integration teams (EAI/SOA/REST APIs) to support transaction flows between Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS.
" Ensure smooth coordination between Business, IT, Vendors, and Project stakeholders.
" Effectively manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and timelines in a dynamic environment.
" Provide functional leadership, guide team members, and support decision-making processes.
Required Skills
" 12 Yrs of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials (AP/AR/CM/GL).
" Thorough understanding of end-to-end financial transaction flows and reporting.
" Experience with interfaces, data conversions, and workflows.
" Exposure on Oracle HCM and SCM Modules.
" Practical knowledge of Oracle SQL/PLSQL for functional troubleshooting.
" Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
" Ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive solutions efficiently.
" Experience working in complex, fast paced enterprise environments
