Job Description
- Designing and implementing a network infrastructure based on client requirements.
- Installing and configuring network hardware, such as routers, switches, and SDWANs.
- Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, including hardware and software problems.
- Collaborating with other IT professionals to develop and implement network security measures.
- Conducting regular network maintenance, including updating software and hardware.
- Documenting network configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Providing network engineering support and training to other team members.
- Support in DR tests/failover from WAN perspective.
- Support in router major changes (QoS deployment, VPN/VRF creation, BGP)
- Minimum 7-10 years of Experience in BGP, OSPF & EIGRP Protocols.
- Minimum 5-7 years of Experience in handling SDWAN.
- Follow change management process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, diagrams, processes, and procedures to facilitate troubleshooting, maintenance, and future network enhancements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of network professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
