Duties and Responsibilities:
- The first point of contact for visitors and guests
- This role requires exceptional customer service skills, professionalism and organizational abilities
- Support the companies administrative functions, AP tasks, and directly assist the President of ACS.
- Maintains workflow by following practices and procedures, updating recordkeeping systems and following through when changes are implemented
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Answer calls, take messages and communicate to team
- Assists with office duties to keep Appellation Construction Services running smoothly
- Accurate attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines
- Run office errands as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Construction Industry
- Strong work ethic
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Must be detail oriented, organized and have strong communication skills
- Excellent computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office
- Must be able to pass a background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
