About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter and HR Coordinator who will help with the day to day recruiting, HR tasks and office management. We are aiming to build a team that is very results-driven and shares a get-it-done mentality. What You’ll Be Doing
- Review resumes
- Perform the initial candidates screening
- Schedule on-site interviews
- Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding employees
- Help with renewal of employees benefits - including medical
- HR related tasks
- Office Related tasks

- Can do it attitude, willing to improve processes, high sense of ownership
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, time management skills
- Ability to problem solve with minimal supervision
- A team player, adept at building relationships across the organization
- Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
