Job Description
Appalachian Trailers is looking for hardworking, skilled, Trailer Finisher. Pay is a set piece rate per unit. Finishers are responsible for finishing the Trailers. This would include, wiring trailers, cutting lumber for the deck, pre-drilling holes for lumber and installing hydraulic cylinders. The Finisher would pull their own trailers with Skid Steer.
Appalachian Trailers offers:
- Pay of $20 per hour during training period. Transition to piecework pay after training period is completed with unlimited earning potential.
- Daily 10% Bonus and Weekly Bonus 10% of pay for completing a full schedule.

Summary
As a Finisher, you will be essential in assembling the final components of the Trailer. All wiring will be checked prior to the trailer being pulled for the bay. You would be reporting directly to the Plant Manager. Your core skills in fabrication, and wiring will be vital in ensuring precision and quality in your work. Utilizing premium skills such as Fabrication and proficiency in power tools and hand tools. You will further enhance our team's capabilities in delivering exceptional results.
