Essential Job Functions
The housing facilities technician will assist the University Housing Maintenance Department with routine and preventative maintenance including: HVAC, Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing, and/or Electrical.
This position requires moderate to heavy lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation, and the ability to work around dust, latex paint, and odors.

Preferred Qualifications
2 years maintenance experience in industrial, commercial, or residential HVAC, Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing, and/or Electrical.

Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
