Ice Cream Maker/Server/Cashier

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Servers, Makers and Cashiers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while preparing and serving delicious ice cream treats. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream products, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Operate the Skytab P.O.S system accurately for order processing and cash handling.
• Assist with food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the serving area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including bussing tables and cleaning equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or retail environments is preferred, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Skytab is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
• Basic culinary experience or knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial.

Base Pay: $12.00 - $22.00 per hour
