Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Construction Crew Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in the hands-on construction of landscape projects, from site preparation to finishing touches. Your enthusiasm and craftsmanship will help bring our innovative designs to life, contributing to the transformation of outdoor environments for our clients. Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and fire pits using various equipment and hand tools
- Operate heavy equipment safely for site grading, excavation, and material transportation
- Install plantings, mulch, and other landscape elements with precision and care
- Support team members in construction inspection and quality control throughout each phase of project development
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and adhering to safety protocols
Requirements
- Prior experience working on large landscape projects with knowledge of installation methods
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and construction safety standards
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and safety procedures
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to work
