Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness standards through industrial cleaning techniques and custodial best practices.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to ensure surfaces are well-maintained.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts to promote a clean environment.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored for safety.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness across the facility.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards consistently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
