About the Role
We are seeking a Director of I/DD Services provides strategic and operational leadership for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) programs across a multi-county service area, including Supported Living, Community Living, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation services. This role oversees program operations, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, medication management, service authorization and documentation requirements, admissions and discharges, and quality service delivery.
- Provide leadership and oversight of all Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) programs, including Supported Living, Community Living, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation services.
- Direct daily program operations across the designated service area to ensure high-quality, person-centered service delivery.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate supervisors, Qualified Professionals, paraprofessionals, and other program staff.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, payer, and agency regulations, policies, and service definitions.
- Oversee medication administration, storage, documentation, and monitoring within residential programs.
- Review and monitor Medication Administration Records (MARs) and ensure appropriate follow-up for medication discrepancies, incidents, and corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations, including documentation and service requirements.
- Monitor medication administration practices, review MARs, and address incidents, discrepancies, and corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a closely related field preferred.
- LPN or RN license preferred
- Ability to relate positively to children and adults of all ages, races, socioeconomic backgrounds and abilities.
- Past experience in healthcare, social services or related fields.
