The Shipping Clerk is primarily responsible for stocking and organizing the pharmacy with medications and supplies
Responsibilities
• Receive and process Inventory (medications and supplies) into pharmacy stock
• Packages orders neatly, meeting quality expectations according to established guidelines
• Store inventory according to manufacturer’s specifications
• Maintain pharmacy inventory so items are organized and do not go out of stock
• Other pharmacy tasks as needed or directed by pharmacist or fulfillment lead
Qualifications
• H.S./GED required, customer service experience a plus
• Possession of a current pharmacy technician license or willingness to obtain one immediately upon hire
• Experience receiving inventory and stocking shelves a plus.
• Working knowledge of common computer software systems.
• Ability to work independently in a team environment.
• Proficient internal customer services skills.
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Moderate lifting up to 45 lbs.
• Must be able stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work full-time with following shift availability: Monday - Friday 9-5:30 or 11-7:30 PM
