Role Description

· Be part of creating a new Culture in a new Emergency Department Opening Late 8/2026

· Work with EM Residents from Medical College of GA

· 18 bed ED

· Level 2 Trauma Center

· Transfer to Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center

· EPIC EMR

· 30 hours of physician coverage daily

· 12-24 hours of APP coverage daily

· Compensation includes wRVU productivity and flat hourly minimums with a Sign on bonus for full-time

· Night shift Differentials

Qualifications

• Expertise in Emergency Medicine, including critical care and urgent care practices
• Strong skills in medicine and emergency services, with the ability to manage diverse and acute medical conditions effectively
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Emergency Medicine
• Unrestricted GA medical license
• Excellent clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to care
• Capability to work collaboratively in high-pressure environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities under pressure
• Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications preferred
