Apollo Technical has an immediate need for a Controls Engineer in the Houston TX area
Salary range: 120k to 150k

Key Responsibilities
- Commissioning & Field Service: Review all installation, commissioning, and start-up activities at customer sites. This includes performing repairs and conducting site surveys.
- Systems Implementation: Integrate and implement specialized control systems (DCS, SIS, FGS) hardware design and participate in PLC/HMI programming, testing, and FAT.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex control system issues, both on-site and remotely.
- Project Support: Work within established SOPs to support project execution, provide technical expertise to customers, and create/finalize the Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Vendor Coordination: Interact with vendors and suppliers to trace materials and ensure technical requirements are met.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 0-5 years of relevant field experience in control systems engineering, focusing on industrial automation projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Preferred), Computer Engineering (Preferred) Controls and Automation, In Lieu degrees will be considered.
- Working knowledge: In programming languages C and or C, logic design, CAD software.
- Commitment: Must be prepared for U.S travel up to 25% at most annually.
