We’re partnering with a leading global institution to hire a Financial Reporting Manager to lead a Charlotte-based team, reporting into senior leadership and playing a key role in strengthening on-site management.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Accountant (CPA, CFA, ACA, or ACCA)
- Strong financial reporting experience within a banking environment (essential)
- Proven knowledge of US GAAP (additional frameworks like IFRS/UK GAAP are a plus)
- Experience with traded and investment banking products (equities, fixed income, etc.)
- Demonstrated team leadership experience – managing, developing, and reviewing performance
- Audit experience is a bonus — but not essential.
