Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-profile forensic accounting, advisory, or valuation projects, particularly those involving disputes, litigation, and arbitration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and strategic solutions in complex financial and commercial disputes.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, valuation assessments, and damage quantifications to support legal proceedings.
- Testify as an expert witness in court or arbitration settings as required.
- Drive business development efforts by leveraging your existing network and book of business to expand the firm’s client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the firm to deliver exceptional client service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in forensic accounting, litigation, advisory, valuations, and dispute resolution, preferably at a senior leadership level.
- A well-established book of business with strong client relationships in the disputes space.
- Expertise in managing high-stakes cases involving financial disputes, fraud investigations, damage assessments, and valuations.
- Strong business development skills with a demonstrated ability to grow and maintain a client base.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACA) or equivalent experience in forensic accounting and valuations.
