Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Gatehouse Security Officer to join our team. The officer will serve as the first point of contact for guests and members, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment while regulating access into the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and members in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer phones and accurately input information into pass and access systems.
- Collect monies for passes when required.
- Contact members to verify guest information and maintain security protocols.
- Coordinate with members and guests to address security concerns promptly.
- Ensure that access into the community is properly regulated and monitored.
- Maintain logs and documentation in compliance with company policies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior customer service or security experience preferred.
- Stable work history and professional reliability.
- Ability to operate independently while exercising sound judgment.
- Pleasant, approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
