- Process merchandise and golf fee transactions accurately through POS system

- Assist with inventory management, receiving, and restocking
- Answer phones and schedule tee times as needed
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations on apparel, equipment, and accessories
- Assist with tournament operations and event preparation
- Ensure the golf shop remains clean, organized, and well-presented
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Retail or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic golf knowledge preferred but not required
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash/credit transactions
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
