Position: Licensed Optician

Compensation: $36/hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on styles and types of eyewear that best suit their individual needs.
- Accurately fit and order eyeglasses based on the provided prescriptions.
- Communicate and educate customers on company safety eyewear policies and subsidy information.
- Diligently evaluate all incoming glasses for accuracy and damage. Immediately notify vendors for any issues or inform customers when their eyewear is ready for collection.
- Efficiently manage daily paperwork and administrative duties.
- Answer customer phone calls promptly and professionally. Assist with scheduling appointments and addressing queries.
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed CT optician.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with VisionWeb software is a significant advantage.
