Role Description
This full-time hybrid Accountant role is based in Alvin, TX, with some flexibility to work remotely. The accountant will handle financial tasks and bookkeeping such as preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Additional responsibilities include reconciling bank accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting
- Strong skills in accounting software. We use e-Automate from ECI, and familiarity with MS Excel
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data management, and excellent analytical abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, preferred
- Experience in a similar accounting role is highly desirable
