Product Manager - AI-Based Predictive Maintenance

Team: Supply Chain Automation - Product
Role Overview
Own and scale AI-driven predictive maintenance products that leverage IoT sensor data and machine-learning models to proactively reduce equipment downtime across large-scale fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities

Define product strategy and roadmap for predictive maintenance solutions

Translate asset health, failure modes, and maintenance workflows into product requirements

Partner with data science teams to deliver and improve AI/ML models

Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to drive adoption

Manage IoT and technology vendors supporting sensing and diagnostics

Measure success through uptime, MTBF, MTTR, and cost-avoidance metrics
Required Background

Experience in supply chain, maintenance, or industrial operations
