Requirements

- Background in IT portfolio management, enterprise architecture, and IT governance, including frameworks such as FITARA, FISMA, and UAF
- Skills in project management (Agile, PMP), financial planning, data analysis (Excel, Power BI), cybersecurity (NIST frameworks), and federal procurement processes (NAM, FAR)\
- Strong communication, strategic analysis, and stakeholder engagement abilities are essential
Preferred Credentials
- PMP, ITIL, or CISSP certifications. Experience with tools including MS Project, ServiceNow, Power BI, and SharePoint is highly desirable
