• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every other Saturday & Sunday, 24 hours total, holidays trump weekend rotation
• Call Requirements: No
• Required Certifications: BLS, NIH
• Years of Experience: 1-2 years minimum experience
• Float Requirements: Floating in-turn (float log), same level of care floating Must Have Skills/Experience: Telemetry experience, BLS required, NIH certified, Epic charting or similar EMR experience, Alaris IV pump experience
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: CAPD (peritoneal dialysis) experience
• Type of Patients on Unit: Observation, inpatient (common diagnoses: chest pain, stroke, CHF, CKD, COPD, failure to thrive, alcohol withdrawal with CIWA <9, sickle cell crisis, cellulitis, sepsis)
• Personality Fit: Team-player, ability to work in fast-paced environment, patient satisfaction priority, schedule flexibility
Must be willing to follow assigned holiday rotation schedule
