Job Description
- · ServiceNow HRSD & Employee Center architecture expertise
- · Integration design (API-led, real-time orchestration)
- · Enterprise architecture, performance, scalability
- · Strong knowledge of HR systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
Key Deliverables
- · End-to-end solution architecture & design blueprint
- · Integration architecture across enterprise systems
- · Technical standards, patterns, and governance
- · Design reviews and approvals for all build components
- · Guidance on complex capabilities (task aggregation, VA, workflows
Scope:
- · Deliver Action Item Aggregation across SuccessFactors, CSOD, Concur
- · Enable Enterprise Integrations (real-time / near real-time)
- · Implement HR Workflow Automation
- · Configure Virtual Agent Teams integration
- · Enhance Employee Center UX & navigation
- · Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution
- · Participating in Agile delivery (sprints, workshops, design sessions)
- · Support cutover, go-live, and knowledge transfer
