The Marketing Ops & Delivery Contractor is responsible for the end-to-end execution of direct mail campaigns, with a strong focus on dynamic data variables, programming logic, Variable Data Printing (VDP), and Direct Mail Personalization. This individual will serve as the direct mail subject matter expert, ensuring campaign accuracy, US Government Client Compliance, and seamless execution across internal stakeholders and vendor partners.

- Define and document programming logic, business rules, and data requirements for direct mail campaigns and engagement assets.
- Lead vendor handoff, proof review, QA testing, and campaign execution activities.
- Partner with Marketing, Data, and vendor teams to ensure accurate data usage, audience segmentation, Variable Data Printing (VDP), and Direct Mail Personalization.
- Manage project timelines and production milestones; proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and blockers.
- Provide expertise on US Government Client Compliance, direct mail best practices, and process optimization.

Qualifications - 5 years of experience in direct mail marketing operations, campaign execution, print production, or related fields.
- Expertise in VDP, dynamic content, audience segmentation, business rules, and Direct Mail Personalization.
- Strong knowledge of US Government Client Compliance, postal regulations, mailing requirements, and direct mail production processes.
- Proven ability to manage vendors and execute high-volume, data-driven campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with Workfront required; SharePoint, Salesforce, and Jira preferred.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
