We’re looking for an experienced and organized Operations Manager to take charge of the daily operations of our moving company. You’ll lead our crews, plan schedules, manage logistics, and make sure every move runs smoothly and safely from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, routing, and resource planning.
- Lead and support moving teams to ensure great performance and customer satisfaction.
- Solve problems quickly and handle customer needs professionally.
- Keep vehicles, equipment, and supplies in good working order.
- Look for ways to make our operations more efficient and cost-effective.
- Maintain safety and compliance standards across all activities.
What You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations management — ideally in moving, logistics, or transportation.
- Proven leadership experience with strong communication and people skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with logistics software, fleet management tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to analyze data and make smart, informed decisions.
- Physically able to assist with moving tasks when needed.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
