What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach position at Aplington-Parkersburg Community School District?
The school board has approved an assistant strength and conditioning position to assist the head coach in the oversite and supervision of programs for the district which includes organizing the summer lifting programs and to be involved during the school year also with program design / oversight / and supervision. They must be willing to work with the head coach to create the best possible athletes and programs for in season and out of season sports. Assistant Strength Coach needs to be able to work well with student athletes as well as coaches of all of our athletic programs. Position is paid like an assistant coaching stipend.
